This symptom that touch operation may not be recognized occurs, caused by processing timing of touch panel input in combination with GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.50.000 and the following applicable products.
(This symptom does not occur when using the products except the following products.)

This symptom can be resolved by updating the GP-Pro EX to the latest version (Ver. 2.50.100), and then transfer a screen project file to a Graphic Operator Interface unit.
